Every order is prepared fresh and shipped directly from our U.S. partners.

• Coffee & Tea: Roasted or packed after you order — never warehoused. Most ship within 1–3 business days, with U.S. delivery in 3–7 days and international delivery typically within 3 weeks, depending on customs.

• Merchandise (books, mugs, and other gear): Usually ships separately from our print or fulfillment partners within 3–5 business days.

🌍 International Orders: Availability and delivery times depend on current tariff restrictions and each supplier’s global shipping network. We expand our reach as regulations and partners allow — because free trade shouldn’t stop at borders.

If you're half interested in our eBooks, but not enough standalone, we also offer them free with our coffee, tea, and other products.

When will I get my products?

Digital products are immediately. Physical products will usually be shipped 1-3 days.

What is your refund policy?

We aim to make our products available internationally, so our refund policy follows EU consumer protection standards. To keep things fair, we extend the same policy to all customers — including those in North America.
