Phantom Vibes™ is committed to providing transparent, efficient shipping across all product categories. This policy outlines delivery regions, timelines, and important notes for items fulfilled by multiple partners.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Regions & Availability

We currently ship to customers in the:

  • United States (full product catalog available)

  • Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union (limited selection available)

⚠️ Some products are available for U.S. shipping only. If you're shopping from outside the U.S., please check the product description or cart notice before purchase. Orders containing region-restricted items may be canceled or partially refunded if delivery is not possible.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Phantom Vibes™ offers free or flat-rate shipping based on region. Shipping costs are already factored into product pricing, especially for bundles containing items from multiple fulfillment locations.

No stacked shipping fees at checkout
Tracking Numbers provided once each item ships

Note: Bundled items may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and expected for products fulfilled by different partners (e.g., mugs, supplements, apparel, and coffee may ship individually).


3. Customs, Duties & VAT

International shipments (outside the U.S.) may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Local customs processing fees

These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Country Notes:

U.S.: No import charges
EU & UK: VAT/import duties may apply based on local regulations
Canada: GST/HST and duties may apply depending on the order

Orders held by customs may face additional delays beyond estimated delivery windows.


4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated Shipping Times (after fulfillment):
📦 United States: 7–14 business days
📦 Canada / UK / EU: 10–20 business days

Fulfillment time may vary by item, especially when multiple suppliers are involved.


5. Delivery Failures & Address Issues

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Returned packages due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier. Phantom Vibes™ is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries once marked as delivered.

For packages lost in transit, contact contact@phantomvibes.tech, and we’ll assist in locating or replacing your items.

We may update this shipping policy to reflect changes in logistics, fulfillment availability, or international law. Changes will be posted here with the most recent effective date.
