• ✔ Identity & Email Verification: Affiliates must verify their name and email before participation.

🚨 Failure to provide accurate verification may result in rejection or termination.

• ✔ Promote ethically and legally using official affiliate links.

• ✔ Comply with FTC disclosure requirements.

• ✔ Follow Affiliatly platform rules; these take precedence if conflicts occur.

• ✔ Ensure accurate tracking link usage — missed commissions due to improper links are not Phantom Vibes Tech’s responsibility.

• ✔ Stay updated on these terms.

4️⃣ Affiliate Links & Marketing Restrictions

✔ Approved affiliates receive unique tracking links.

❌ Prohibited practices include:

• Email spamming (unsolicited messages)

• False claims or misleading ads

• Pop-ups, forced clicks, or deceptive redirects

• Trademark misuse or impersonation of Phantom Vibes Tech LLC

🚨 Violations result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

5️⃣ Commission & Payment Structure

💰 Commission Rates

• ✔ 50% on Digital Products (eBooks) (≈$7.50 payout per sale, ≈$7.50 profit retained)

• ✔ 20% on Physical Products (Coffee/Tea, Essentials, Bundles, Merchandise) (≈$5 payout per sale, ≈$5 profit retained)

✅ Discount Rule: Orders with discounts above 15% do not qualify for commissions.
✅ Pre-Orders: Affiliates earn commissions on pre-orders, paid after the refund period ends.

🎁 Bonus System

• ✔ Affiliates earn a $50 bonus for every 25 sales completed, paid on top of commissions.

• ✔ This works out to an extra ~$2 per sale.

• ✔ Designed as a motivational “carrot” incentive, achievable monthly for active affiliates.

📅 Payment Terms

• ✔ Minimum Payout Threshold: $20 (≈3–4 sales)

• ✔ Payment Method: PayPal (or other approved options)

• ✔ Payment Schedule: Within 30 days after refund eligibility period ends

🚨 Refund & Chargeback Protection:

• ✔ Commissions are held until refund windows close.

• ✔ Orders refunded or charged back before payout = no commission.

• ✔ Digital products have a strict no-refund policy; commissions clear after processing.

• Industry-wide, e-commerce conversion averages are only 2–3%.

• Coffee performs better: specialty coffee brands average 5–10%+ conversion once optimized.

• Case studies:

• At typical margins (≈$5–7.50 per sale), affiliates need only 3–4 sales to trigger payout.

6️⃣ Grounds for Immediate Termination

Includes but not limited to:
❌ Fraudulent activity (fake sales, self-referrals)
❌ FTC violations or unethical marketing
❌ Unauthorized paid ads on branded terms
❌ Promoting on inappropriate sites (hate speech, harassment, illegal content)
❌ Chargeback fraud or falsified data
❌ Long-term inactivity (6+ months with no sales)

🚨 Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Phantom Vibes Tech LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or program interruptions. No guarantee of earnings.

8️⃣ Modification of Terms

✔ Phantom Vibes Tech LLC may update terms at any time:

• Standard changes → 7-day notice

• Emergency changes → Immediate effect with notification ASAP

9️⃣ Governing Law
